Spot welding, a type of resistance welding, is a welding application used in the metal sheet joining process and is widely found in the production area. The spot welding process is widely used in many production areas such as the automotive industry, radiator and wire mesh production.

END WeldWizard enables recording of welding data of Bos6000 timers, ensuring cell and operation based traceability, and combining production data with vehicle chassis codes by directly integrating into the automotive body assembly line.

Thanks to operator-based alarm management, notifications can be made when parameters such as burr, current, etc. change, and production lines can be intervened when necessary. Instant monitoring and retrospective reporting of the vehicle spot process via the dashboard is provided.

An adaptive welding system has the potential to offer much greater control over the manufacturing process, as it monitors the status of the weld during the process every millisecond. This monitoring compensates for process disturbances by adjusting the current and weld time if any.
